Webinar Fees:
Payments for webinars or training programs are not refundable once registration is confirmed. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by us, users will receive either a revised date or a full refund to the original payment method. Users who miss a scheduled session are not eligible for refunds, though recorded access may be provided where applicable.

Book Purchases:
Refunds for physical books are permitted only if the delivered product is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Users must notify us within three days of delivery for verification. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returned books must be in the same condition as received.

Payment Gateway Compliance:
Refunds, where applicable, are processed only to the original payment method, in accordance with payment gateway regulations. Processing time depends on the respective payment provider. Users are advised to contact us directly for payment-related issues before initiating disputes, as unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution or affect account access.

Order Cancellations:
Users may cancel an order before completing payment. Once payment is made, cancellations are governed by this policy and cannot be processed outside the terms stated here.
